Temple of Apollo, Didim, Turkey > Inside the Temple and me 4
Views of the Temple of Apollo, Didim, Turkey. Views include shots at sunset, close ups of some of the many features of the temple including the remaining iconic massive and spectacular columns. Remnants of the sacred road from the city of Miletos, some 15km away can be seen opposite the temple, behind the mosque - previously a church. The mosque is worth a visit and the caretaker will show you around, including where icons and crosses were located.
